Dear Bill & Barb:

Thank you on behalf of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for your keynote presentation at the “Connections Conference” recently held in Scarborough.

You contributed greatly with your invaluable knowledge and experience and you helped make our conference a terrific success.   We received many evaluations with glowing comments.  I am confident that the staff benefitted from the information and insights you shared.  Once again, thank you for contributing your knowledge, perspective and expertise.

On a personal note, I really enjoyed your session.  There was a lot of talk about it during the rest of the conference and it has helped!

To whom it may concern:

When you are next looking for a DYNAMIC team to facilitate a meeting, workshop, keynote or teambuilding event, I would highly recommend Bill & Barb Johnston of The Centre for Applied Human Dynamics.

As President of the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks & Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO) for 2010-11, I know they carry an excellent relationship with many of the municipalities and regions within our organization and the municipal sector.

I have had the pleasure of personally working directly with this energetic team in the past and have found their work to be exemplary, filled with passion and sensitivity.  Their ability to relate the topic to their audience is remarkable and generates a positive vibe.

Attached is a photo of the SRU (Special Response Unit) team that was selected last spring after my first encounter with your firm. I want to thank you for the valuable lessons, skills and techniques that you provided me.

It is interesting that I use them daily in my approach to each of the staff that were selected and have found it most valuable since I have been able to identify each person's specific strengths and been able to customize my approach in dealing with each of them. To date the team has been a great success and I believe part of this is due to their unique strengths being identified and capitalized on, which without your assistance may have become an oversight.

Again thank you for this valuable knowledge as well as the EQ presentation the other day.

Thanks
