Attached is a photo of the SRU (Special Response Unit) team that was selected last spring after my first encounter with your firm. I want to thank you for the valuable lessons, skills and techniques that you provided me. It is interesting that I use them daily in my approach to each of the staff that were selected and have found it most valuable since I have been able to identify each person's specific strengths and been able to customize my approach in dealing with each of them. To date the team has been a great success and I believe part of this is due to their unique strengths being identified and capitalized on, which without your assistance may have become an oversight.

Again thank you for this valuable knowledge as well as the EQ presentation the other day.
