How much do you charge? 

We pride ourselves on having the ability to present unique presentations to groups of all sizes within all ranges of budgets. Part of our service is to discuss our speaking fees up front with you to best suit your needs and that of your organization.   Please contact us --- we would love to speak with you in person and answer your questions.

Are there any other additional expenses to consider?

In addition to the speaker's appearance fee, you will also be responsible for the speaker's expenses necessitated by his or her appearance at your event.  Specifically, additional expenses may include:

• Ground Transportation (Limousine, taxi, or rental car - to/from departure airport and to/from arrival airport)

• Airfare

• Accommodations

• Meals and Incidental Expenses

• Audio-Visual Equipment (slide projector, projection screen, wireless lavaliere microphone, etc.)

What are the payment terms?

A non-refundable deposit is collected at the time a speaker is booked for your event.   This deposit guarantees the date will be reserved for you on the speaker's calendar. In the event of a complete cancellation by your organization, the deposit will be forfeited.   In the event of rescheduling or postponement of the original engagement speaking date by your organization, the full balance of the speaking fee will be due by the original engagement date.   However, a future date (within 6 months of the original booking date) may be secured at no additional cost at the same rate, thus saving the client any increased speaking fees.

Can we videotape the presentation?

Audio or video taping of the speaker's program is not permitted by the host organization or by any audience member unless agreed upon in writing by The Centre For Applied Human Dynamics

Is it possible to combine one or more topics into one

presentation?

Yes, you can mix & match.  We will work with you to customize our presentation to best meet the needs of your organization.

How much notice do you need to speak?

Uh-oh you just had a speaker cancel and you are in a panic...   

No worries -- if our speaking schedules allow, we can produce a program suited to your needs within days (sometimes even hours).
