• Projector (for powerpoint presentation)
• Screen to project on
• Two (2) Cordless Microphones (handheld, lavelieres or headsets)
  (We often get questions about whether the mics are really needed so we would like to explain our reasoning for requesting wireless mics even if it is a small room.    As professional speakers, we often speak 3 to 4 days in a row.   Since our most valuable asset is our voices, we must protect them at all costs.   When we run workshops, we often end up having to speak “over” the participants’ voices so these mics are essential.   Often facilities have these microphones available but you usually have to request them.   If 2 wireless mics are absolutely not available, we can work with wired mics although they will limit our ability to work as effectively with your participants.)
• One table to be placed in the room as the speaker(s) will make continuing educational learning materials available.  
• One podium (or small table) at the front of the room
